How training information is handled
This simulator records limited information so participation and simulator performance can be reviewed for training purposes.
Information collected
- Your self-reported full name and, when provided, email address.
- Session dates, procedure progress, simulator actions, completion status, critical-load-loss events, and recoveries.
- When you submit a suggestion: your name, email address, feedback, and submission date.
How it is used
The information is used to evaluate the training experience, review simulator performance, and improve the project. It is not used by the simulator to certify qualifications or authorize work on real equipment.
Retention and deletion
Training sessions, associated events, and feedback are retained for up to 180 days and are then removed through routine application cleanup. An administrator may delete records sooner when appropriate.
Browser storage and abuse prevention
Your browser may retain your name and email for up to two hours to prefill the Suggestions form. The application also keeps short-lived, one-way connection fingerprints to enforce request limits. It does not store raw IP addresses in the training database.
Access and corrections
Identity information is self-reported and is not verified by this simulator. To request access, correction, or early deletion, contact the person or training organization that provided access to the simulator.
